Peaceful, Grateful is a three-hour live event hosted on Zoom.
It's designed for empathetic discussion and group exploration.
This collaborative experience includes:
- A calming body awareness meditation with chimes
- An inspiring, intention-setting talk
- Guidance through journaling exercises to enhance gratitude
- Encouragement and reminders as you journal and reflect
I will be guiding time consciously so that we can journal and be with our own thoughts, before taking a break and then moving into the benefit of group conversation.

During our conversation time, we will chat about what came up for us during the meditation and journaling exercises. You are not obligated to share your thoughts if you don't want to. Those who want to talk will be invited to do so, and anyone can give their additional feedback via the chat function. Inviting each other to share brings forth an immense amount of empathy and offers interesting things to consider. It is a truly community-oriented experience.
This event is about self-nurturing, wherever you happen to be in life.
The body awareness guidance is inclusive, conscientious and non-gender specific.
