Unearth: A Shadow Worker's Masterclass [Recording]

Unearth is a three-hour, interactive class to help you explore your shadow stuff using journal prompts and practical exercises.
For years, I’ve been helping people spiritually solidify their shadow work aims and make progress in unprecedented ways. The parts of your psyche that lie beneath layers of denial, embarrassment or fear can hold the keys to a fuller understanding of self and, ultimately, a more complete existence. But stubborn shadow stuff requires fresh techniques and compassionate support. This class offers both in abundance. We’ll meet together in realness, giving names and shapes to the less-explored places within, and encouraging each other along the way. We’ll do some journal exercises and discuss our findings. I’ll demonstrate ways to engage with shadow creatively and safely, and suggest great ways to access and integrate your realisations.
