During the month of February 2016 I released daily videos to a dedicated group of clients who embarked on an intense shadow work journey with me. Using the questions, suggestions and guidance points in each video, the month unfolded into a meaningful exploration of the dark side of the psyche for each client.

The first extensive video course of its kind from me, it was designed to help shadow workers to dig deep and discover the great underneath. These videos encourage you to recognise what lies in the dark, forgotten parts of the psyche.
